One of our windows keeps leaking when the temperatures warm up, and the landlord will not do anything to fix it, so we have a coffee mug sitting on the sill. I took the mug down this weekend because it hadn’t been leaking and was leaving mineral deposits on my nice mugs. That evening? It started leaking again.
